I) Purposes and methods of processing the data.
Italian Mortgage Service informs that the personal data in his possession, collected directly from the person concerned, or from third parties, may be processed, even by third-party companies responsible, for :
The fulfillment of the obligations established by laws, regulations and Community legislation, or provisions issued by Authorities legitimated by the law and by Supervisory and control Bodies.
The provision of personal data necessary for these purposes is mandatory and the relative processing does not require the consent of the interested parties
Purposes strictly connected and instrumental to the management of relations with customers (eg acquisition of preliminary information at the conclusion of a contract, execution of operations on the basis of the obligations deriving from the contract concluded with customers, checks and assessments on the results and on the performance of relationships, as well as the risks associated with them, etc.)
the provision of the personal data necessary for these purposes is not mandatory, but the refusal to supply them may lead, in relation to the relationship between the data and the requested service, to the impossibility of Italian Mortgage Service to provide the service itself. Their processing does not require the consent of the interested party
Purposes functional to the activity of , Italian Mortgage Service such as:
the processing of market studies and research, carried out through personal or telephone interviews, questionnaires, etc.
conducting public relations activities.
Providing the data necessary for these purposes is not mandatory and their processing requires the consent of the interested party.
Processing is carried out using manual, IT and telematic tools with logic strictly related to the aforementioned purposes and, in any case, in order to guarantee the security and confidentiality of the data.
II) Sensitive Data .
Italian Mortgage Service treats sensitive data of its customers only to follow up on specific services and operations requested by them. In such cases, Italian Mortgage service will be able to carry out such operations only if it has obtained the written consent of the interested interested party.
III) Categories of subjects to whom the data can be communicated or who can learn about them as managers or agents.
Italian Mortgage Service can communicate, without the consent of the interested party, the personal data in its possession to all those subjects to whom such communication must be made in fulfillment of an obligation foreseen by the law, by a regulation or by the community legislation
Italian Mortgage Service, moreover, can communicate, with the consent of the interested subject, data relating to its customers to real estate agencies, banks, construction companies, surveyors, engineers, architects, and to all those for whom the specific client has issued a suitable consent.
The natural and legal persons referred to in the following point may become aware of the data as data processors.
IV) Rights of the interested party.
The law grants the interested party specific rights, including the right to know which data are held by Italian Mortgage Service and how they are used, to obtain the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in violation of law as well as the updating, rectification or, if there is interest, the integration of the data and to oppose, for legitimate reasons, to the treatment itself. Finally, the interested party may at any time object to processing for the purpose of sending commercial and advertising material, direct sales or market research.
