- payment for 30 euro ( postal office provide module to you at the moment)

- one color photo ( cm. 3,5 x 4,5 ) for document use
- copy of your in a habitable state Italian property purchase deed - OR - Italian home / apartment rental contract
- proof of financial resource (copy of italian bank statement account with minimum 5000-euro- I suggest 10.000 for each person)
